Google celebrates its 25th birthday with a doodle called "A Walk Down Memory Lane."

Google turned 25 on Wednesday and is commemorating the occasion with a doodle.

Google, everyone's favourite search engine, celebrated its 25th birthday on Wednesday with a doodle.

Taking a "trip down memory lane," the corporation displayed several drawings on its birthday throughout the years.

The most recent one includes a GIF that changes 'Google' into 'G25gle' to commemorate the 25th anniversary.

When you click on the logo, confetti appears on the website.

"Today's Doodle commemorates Google's 25th anniversary." And, while we at Google are always looking ahead, birthdays may also be a chance to reminisce.

"Let's go back in time to see how we were born 25 years ago," the corporation posted on its blog.

"Much has changed since 1998, including our logo, as shown in today's Doodle," it said, "but our aim has stayed the same: to organise the world's knowledge and make it universally accessible and valuable

Thank you for growing alongside us over the last 25 years. We can't wait to see where our future leads us."
